Terms and Conditions for the Painters Link Group Business Directory

Eligibility: Only painting businesses registered with Painters Link Group are eligible to be listed in the Business Directory. Listings are subject to approval.
Accuracy of Information: Businesses are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided in their directory listing. Painters Link Group is not liable for any incorrect or misleading information.
Content Standards: Listings must not include offensive, false, or misleading content. Painters Link Group reserves the right to edit or remove listings that violate these standards.
Complaints and Discretionary Actions: If a complaint is lodged against a listed business or if the Painters Link Group management deems it necessary for any reason, the business listing may be marked as pending or removed at the sole discretion of the Group’s management. No prior notice is required.
No Endorsement: Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Painters Link Group. Businesses operate independently, and all transactions are solely between the business and their clients.
Termination of Listing: Painters Link Group reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion, with or without prior notice, especially if the business violates these terms or the group’s policies.
Updates and Maintenance: Painters Link Group may update these terms or modify the directory's features at any time. Businesses will be notified of significant changes.
Limitation of Liability: Painters Link Group is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from the use of the directory.
